Hi there!

Sorry I didn't post yesterday! We were busy trying to stay cool! ;) (I know, lame excuse.) We went to the school where Megan goes to help out with a class. We got up at 7:00 A.M, well, i got up at 6:30, the kids got up at 7:00. And the class lasted until lunch time. They were learning how to... what's the word! Get along with kids? I guess I could use that. They had fun with the kids, they got down on the floor and colored with them. They (the students) even played with balls with the kids! :) Then they listened to the kids lungs, and checked their pulses. One guy cam up to Aaron and I, and asked Aaron if he could check Aaron's pulse. Aaron, being tired, and having so many people done this to him already, stared at the guy and put both his hands behind his back. :) It was kind of funny. :) It has been SO hot today! I like to turn the AC in my room up all the way and on high, and close the door. so when you go in there it feels like you just walked into an freezer! It felt good! Although, mom likes to keep my door open so the air can help the rest of the house cool down. I am going to watch Little Women tonight. It is one of my favorite movies. I like how they act out the stories that Jo writes. :) I guess i better go. TTFN! Ta Ta for now! ;)

Starting Anew

    I can't believe tomorrow is Christmas Eve! It feels like this Christmas season has flown by so quickly!     This coming year is going to be a new start for me, and I want to make it a good one. I turn eighteen on January 1st, (cue the panic) so not only is it a new year, it's a new age for me. A new year, a new age, and hopefully a new mindset.     To be honest, whenever I heard the word 'mindset', I always kinda shut my brain down. 'Yeah, change your mindset and you can change your lifestyle, and all that stuff.' But now that things have gotten busy for me and I've gotten older, I need a new mindset. I need a new lifestyle. I'm going to be an adult, I need to work harder on the important things in life such as my relationships with friends, family and the Lord, my home life, my school work, and my health.     I want to make this year better than 2019. Jesus Death

We have made to the story of His death! YAY! Okay, if you are not a christian, and are wondering why we christian's get excited about this, here's the answer. Jesus died to save us from our sins and give us a second chance. He died to redeem us. That's why we get excited for Easter. Because we were redeemed, and we get a second chance at turning from our sins. :) Exciting, right? :D Anyway. Here's Luke chapter 23. 'Then, the whole multitude of them arose and led Him to Pilate.
