I AM SPARTAN

Well, no, I'm not... but my sister is. ;) My sister is awesome at Spartan races! She brings home a lot of cool stories about her races. Here's one of my favorites. She had to do a thing that was kind of like a tire flip, but it was with something else, I'm not sure what though, and there was one for the ladies and one for the men. She headed for the one for the men, when a volunteer told her that the other one was for the ladies. She asked if she could try the men's. He smiled and let her try. She and another guy started at the same time. She got back right as the guy flipped his first. :) My sister is awesome! ;) I'm hoping to do the 1 mile race next year when it comes to Oregon. :) I can't wait. I'm going to set up an obstacle course in our pasture (which is pretty big) and it's quite muddy at this time since it's been raining a lot, which will make it more like the real thing, and I'll be able to get used to the mud. But there are a few hazards. If I put the obstacles on the edge of the pasture, then there's a good chance that I might slip and slide down to our very flooded and fast flowing creek, so... I guess I'll have to put them FAR away from the edge! ;)

Have a good week you guys! :)

P.S. I'm going to my first ball on Saturday. I'll post pictures afterwards. :)

  1. I'll try not to. I'm so horrible. I actually just started training yesterday. :/ I kept on putting it off, and putting it off again. :/ Although, I hope to get better. It was freezing cold when I was running yesterday though. :( I couldn't even grab a piece of paper my fingers were so numb! :/ And I got quite muddy. ;) Getting muddy was fun, although the mud was cold. :/ :)
