Snow Day!

It's snowing today! I'm sitting upstairs at my desk, with coffee and a santa clause hat. (not that I believe in santa, I just like the hat.) ;) I'm working on so many Christmas presents at one time, it's a little crazy. :/ Although, I did make a dress for my little sister without a pattern and it turned out pretty well. I need to make the neckline a little bit wider though. I'll probably work on that today.

The Christmas concert a my church is coming up so fast! It's next Sunday, and my voice has been going away a little but, and I'm going to be singing with some friends of mine. So I'm afraid that my voice will go away right before we do it. :( Anyway. The snow is beautiful. And watching it fall is really cool. I'm so glad that God made things that we can just sit and be in awe of. Thank you God, for sending your son down to earth, to be born as a child, and to die for our sins. :)

Starting Anew

    I can't believe tomorrow is Christmas Eve! It feels like this Christmas season has flown by so quickly!     This coming year is going to be a new start for me, and I want to make it a good one. I turn eighteen on January 1st, (cue the panic) so not only is it a new year, it's a new age for me. A new year, a new age, and hopefully a new mindset.     To be honest, whenever I heard the word 'mindset', I always kinda shut my brain down. 'Yeah, change your mindset and you can change your lifestyle, and all that stuff.' But now that things have gotten busy for me and I've gotten older, I need a new mindset. I need a new lifestyle. Jesus Death

We have made to the story of His death! YAY! Okay, if you are not a christian, and are wondering why we christian's get excited about this, here's the answer. Jesus died to save us from our sins and give us a second chance. He died to redeem us. That's why we get excited for Easter.
